Home based personal training in South Surrey, BC


Hi, I’m Sharon — a certified personal trainer and fit mom passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and capable at every stage of life.

Whether your goal is to get lean, build curves, improve mobility, or feel better in your body, I create personalized programs that are challenging, supportive, and sustainable.


Who I work with

I work with women of all ages who want to lose fat, look lean, and feel sculpted. This includes busy college students who want to feel confident and toned, professionals who need time-efficient workouts without spending hours in the gym, and moms who want to feel strong, energized, and comfortable in their bodies again.

My training style is fun, supportive, and non-intimidating. I focus on smart strength training, effective programming, and consistency to help you build muscle, burn fat, and feel confident — while still enjoying your life.

• Small Group Fitness

Location: Most sessions take place in my private home studio.

Limited in-home or in-gym training available for select clients with a home gym or nearby gym.
